Description
Background
Our downloads handler will query AMO for the newest extension version and fall back to our own downloads server if that fails or doesn't yield the latest version. The builds on our downloads server are unsigned however which currently produces unnecessary warnings and will make installations impossible in future.
What to change
Don't fall back any more - it should be either AMO or nothing. Side-effect: Diagnostics downloads won't work any more, we should get it to AMO.
