Translation:
When I finish downloading files through my wifi connection and after switching to 3G connection, I get a notification saying "waiting for traffic on port 2020". I also get a notification asking me to set up my settings when I open the app. To get it work normally is to force it to shut it down and open it again.

Una vez terminada la descarga de archivos por vía Wi-Fi, al desconectar y volver a utilizar la conexión 3G o 4G del terminal, aparece en la barra de notificaciones un aviso de la app Adblock plus indicado que la app esta a la espera de tráfico en el puerto 2020.
También aparece una notificación informando de la posible necesidad de configurar los ajustes. Un mensaje casi idéntico es mostrado al abrir la app.
La forma de volver a un estado normal de la app es forzar la detención desde Ajustes > Información de la aplicación, y reabrirla nuevamente.
Tengo capturas de pantalla pero no se incluirlas en el tiket.
