The Prebake list appears to be abandoned. It was last updated January 28th, 2014. A user also claims the list author didn't respond to an e-mail.

The only actively maintained alternative I know of is this one with an unfortunate title and license name. It was last updated 10 hours ago.

The maintainer got back to me and he said he is planning to add all requests he got in early May since he hasn't much time at the moment.
