After the patch-set has been reviewed, the host is now provisioned and delivering an empty page from the repository via HTTP. I will document the few remaining steps in #2248, after closing this very ticket.

The server has been prepared, including DNS, OS installation, RAID sync and provisioning with the default role. After the review and inclusion of the SSL keys, we still need to provision the host with the web/subscribe role and configure DNS for subscribe.adblockplus.org itself.
