We regularly download data from stats-experimental to both of our office computers. Sometimes download rates cap at 6Mbyte/s, sometimes they cap at 400Kbyte/s.

this ticket is obsolete now since the bandwith limit (which btw only existed for Kirill's PC at some point) has been removed during the office move.
