Description

Environment

Android 6.0 Marshmallow on Nexus 6P. Confirmed on Adblock Plus 3.1 with both stable build 359 and dev build 363.

How to reproduce

  1. Install Adblock Plus for Android 3.1
  2. Configure wifi or data connection to proxy localhost and port 2020
  3. Use apps that use the internet

Observed behaviour

Serious connection issues. Seems to mostly be an issue making the connection for each file/resource. Once a file starts to load, for example a large video, it seems to stay connected and loading quickly. Many connections take forever to complete or time out. Observed with Firefox, Chrome, Play Store, Signal, and pretty much everything.
