Background

Gmail is regularly rejecting issue report digests that we are sending to filter list authors.

What to change

Looking at ​https://support.google.com/mail/answer/81126, we already implement most of it. What's missing is authentication, this requires a centralized mail server which we don't have yet. What we still can do is adding a Precedence: bulk header - maybe the mails will merely be marked as spam then rather than not delivered at all.
