Implement JNI bindings for the new functionality implemented in #3363.

Additional changes:

  • update libadblockplus-binaries dependency to hg: aafebe7adfee1691d6dd8656f8c8628fa5ee1209 and git: 84620d7a1c7bc71d3af864384478160a864de698
  • provide a wrapper in ABPEngine that wraps FilterEngine.getElementHidingSelectors(String domain) and integrate the new IsElemhideWhitelisted feature into this call
  • enhance API to allow enabling of elemhide features
  • add Matches that accepts a pre-set referrer-chain/frame structure
