How to reproduce
go to whatever site with some blocked / hidden elements
open blockable items list
right click a blocked / hidden element
click disable filter
the filter wont be disabled

Disabling the filter via context menu works again.

Confirmed. This works by clicking the cross in the list (which is what I tested) but not from the context menu (which I apparently forgot to test).
