Description

Background

The tests are currently using the "production" variant of easylist_content_blocker.json and easylist+exceptionrules_content_blocker.json. It would make the tests more robust to use a fixed version of those lists.

What to change

We're already using a fixed version of the lists under AdblockPlusSafariTests to test against lists with meta data (called "v2" in the code) - we should keep a copy of the "v1" lists right next to them.
