Environment
ABP version 1.9.1498
How to reproduce
1.Install the latest AdBlock Plus on Chrome
2.Open Chrome Browser and enter the URL http://www.ibnlive.com/news/
3.Click ABP icon and select Block element and click on Featured video shown in the website
4.The element is blocked
5.Now click on full screen option of the video and click on Play button
6.The initial 1 second video gets shown and then it blocks it.
7.Now click on Exit full screen and wait for few seconds and the error is shown on video screen "Error Loading media..."
Observed behaviour
The Video still gets shown for 1 second even after blocking
Expected behaviour
The video should not get shown after blocking.
After exiting full screen the error is displayed on video and also video snapshot is shown

The video is blocked as expected. What you see there is not the first second of the video but a preview image of the video.

Reproduced as described.
In my opinion the whole blocking behaviour is strange.
