Description

Background

The Adblock Plus forum is currently blocked for Chinese users - a last resort spam protection measure. That's why we have a Chinese forum, abpchina.org. But we don't really direct users towards it right now.

What to change

We should change the message we show to Chinese users when they try to visit the international forum, it should direct them to the Chinese forum.
