Add adblock plus filter window opens without scroll bar in Apply to Types section

Environment

Windows + 8.1 64bit + Firefox + English
ABP version 2.6.10.3970

How to reproduce

1. Install ABP addon on Firefox
2. Open any page, for example ​http://www.xe.com/currencycharts/?from=EUR&to=USD&view=1Y
3. Click ABP icon
4. Click Open blockable items option from menu
5. Right click any item in list and click Block this item option
6. Click Advanced view
7. Observe Apply to types section

Observed behaviour

Add adblock plus filter window opens without scroll bar in Apply to Types section and only 1 option is displayed, though there are more options available in this section if resize window.

Expected behaviour

Add adblock plus filter window should open with scroll bar in Apply to Types section.

I took a look at this and can see that this is an issue. What I did notice is, is that there is a scroll element within that area of the box. If you place your mouse in that area and then use the scroll wheel it does in-fact scroll through the list (albeit, you can´t actually see anything very well). If you then stretch the window down then the whole section becomes open and you can see everything, inclusive of the options and scroll bar. See new screenshot attached.

I do have a scroll bar in that area, and I'd be very suprised if it is different on Windows 8.1...

Mass-closing all bugs in Adblock Plus for Firefox module, the codebase of Adblock Plus 3.0 belongs into Platform and User-Interface modules. Old bugs are unlikely to still apply.
