'Compose element hiding rule' window hides buttons when maximizing, re-sizing and minimizing window.

The user has the option to re-size the windows with the Element Hiding Helper. With this, they are able to re-size many aspects of the window itself to better view different filters and options.
The issue here is that if the user re-sizes the window whilst maximised and then minimises the window, the buttons 'Add element hiding rule', 'Cancel' and 'Basic View' are now longer seen, until they resize the window again.
Although this is a small issue, it all points towards a slightly annoying user experience.

How to reproduce
- Install ABP and EHH plugins.
- Open any website for ex: http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/
- Click on the ABP icon. Click on "Select an element to hide" and click on any image.
- As shown in the attached video, maximise the "Compose element hiding rule" window. Then enlarge "Require attributes" box.
- Minimize the "Compose element hiding rule" window.
Observed behaviour
'Compose element hiding rule' window now hides the buttons "Add element hiding rule", "Cancel" and "Basic view".
Expected behaviour
'Compose element hiding rule' window always shows these buttons, when resized.

Mass-closing all bugs in the Extensions for Adblock Plus module, these extensions no longer work as of Adblock Plus 3.0 / Firefox 57.
