On-Screen keyboard is not displayed when selecting input field

We had some users that reported an issue with the on-screen keyboard not appearing when selecting an input field, such as the password or username field on Facebook.
After some investigation, it appears that if the user never selects the address bar, but navigates to a page (via history, or last visited on the dashboard) and then attempts to use an input field, that the keyboard does not appear.
So far I have found that if the user selects the address bar, every input field thereafter will display the on-screen keyboard correctly.
Using the latest test version (adblockbrowser-1.1.1-42.0.2-20160317113800-testing), which includes the updates from V44 from FF Mobile in it, the problem does not appear. This could well mean that FF has already fixed it in V44.

How to reproduce
- Open ABB for Android
- Open up a few pages of which you can input a user/password, or search
- Close the app completely
- Re-open the app and select one of the pages from the dashboard (that you had visited previously) without selecting the address bar
- Now select one of the input fields or search fields
Observed behaviour
The on-screen keyboard does not appear, not allowing the user to input and information.
Expected behaviour
The on-screen keyboard should appear every time in any situation when an input field is selected.
I can no longer reproduce this issue. On all pages that I had re-opened after closing the app, the keyboard was presented upon selecting the input field.
