Add "remove" buttons to the list of custom filters on the new options page

Description
Background
While the old options page allows to select and remove custom filters from the list, the new options page currently requires to switch into raw edit mode and edit the your custom filters as text in order to remove any filters. This is a UX regression.
What to change
Add remove buttons, like those we already have for whitelisted domains, to each custom filter under Advanced -> Edit or create own filter list.
