Background
As requested in #3913, after the initial configuration in the context of #3978.
We besides of the redirect introduced by #3978 we also need to have additional redirects.
What to change
Add pages that will use template introduced in #3978 and redirect users to new easylist website. Add redirects below:
- easylist.adblockplus.org/blog/ -> easylist.github.io/category/articles.html
- easylist.adblockplus.org/blog/categories/known-issues -> easylist.github.io/tag/known-issues.html
- easylist.adblockplus.org/en/development -> easylist.github.io/pages/development.html
- easylist.adblockplus.org/en/about -> easylist.github.io/pages/about.html
