Fix IE devbuild listings

Description
Currently the devbuild listings under https://downloads.adblockplus.org/devbuilds/adblockplusie/ use a hack to show both an x86 and x64 link. This is no longer necessary now that we have a combined installer. So we need to clean up sitescripts.extensions module: file extension for IE devbuilds is .exe and no special treatment is required for the listings.

Side-effect of this change: only the latest six development builds will be visible, the older builds didn't have a combined installer. Given that these "older builds" are almost a year old and pre-date the 1.0 release that should be ok.
