Environment
Windows 7, Internet Explorer 11 Adblock Plus latest version no filters
How to reproduce
- Open Outlook after installing Adblock PLus
- Click on an email to preview it and images do not display
- Images used to display prior to installation and no settings were changed
- Uninstalled Adblock Plus and problem viewing images is resolved
...
Observed behaviour
After installing Adblock Plus I noticed I was unable to preview images in my Outlook 2016 anymore.
I double-checked my settings to allow images, even rechecked and uncheck it again but still no joy.
I uninstalled Adblock Plus and voila, I can see images again.
I suspect it's due to Outlook using IE for it's external content.
It's a great product so I want to use it but I need a solution so won't block Outlook images.
Expected behaviour
Adblock Plus should not impact my ability to preview images in Outlook 2016

Can't reproduce this. Have you checked if it is not Outlook's settings that is blocking image loading? https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Change-whether-pictures-in-messages-are-automatically-downloaded-020abc02-4876-47fa-9cb1-2b4543154311
