This issue is very similar to #3050, where a blank page is displayed when the user selects one of the whitelisted ads. The main difference here is this is not from a search result but from Yahoo's front page. The other difference is that Safari opens a new page to load the ad content, as where the ad from Google was attempted to be loaded in-page.

iPhone 6s Plus
iOS 9.3.1
ABP iOS 1.1.0 (New Filter List as of 1/08/2016 - 09:30)
How to reproduce
- With AA enabled, visit www.yahoo.com
- Select one of the in-line adverts ($) from the front page.
Observed behaviour
A blank page is opened.
Expected behaviour
A new page is opened with the advertisement URL.
