Description
Background
This ticket is for the addition of tests relating to the file based operations on the crowdin api
What to change
Write the methods that perform an update of a file, as well as the uploading and deletion of a file, additionally there are methods in the CMS for uploading new files by building a dict of local and remote files and removing the files that exist remotely from said dict, then uploading them. This should have a test. Also the delete method needs to be tested.
