Latest Windows Insider Build
AdBlock 0.9.6.0 from the Windows Store
Filter list configuration is not important

How to reproduce

  1. Navigate to any page with an image (I used ​http://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_images_mountain)
  2. Right click > Block element
  3. Close the dialog that appears

Observed behaviour

The red highlight on the image is not removed

Expected behaviour

The red highlight on the image is removed

Not reproducible in development build 0.9.11.1849.
