Description (last modified by scheer)
When Acceptable Ads is selected from Settings>Adblock Plus, https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/exceptionrules.txt is not fetched.
During the tests, Easylist was fetched correctly, but there was never any fetch request for https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/exceptionrules.txt.
This was done during the first installation when both lists should be fetched for the first time. In addition to this, trying to force an update by enabling and disabling the ABP and AA options within the settings menu only showed a push for Easylist.
RE: comment 1 - Charles Proxy was used to monitor the traffic on the device. By using this and monitoring the traffic I can see the fetch for lists on first run. If you would like to know more about Charles Proxy, then please do let me know.
Environment
ABP for Lightning Browser (93)
Galaxy S7
Android 6.0.1
Android API 23
How to reproduce
- Install the latest ABP for Lightning (93)
- Open Charles Proxy
- Load ABP for Lightning (93)
Observed behaviour
The fetch for Easylist is made and is successful, but there is no fetch made for the Exceptions list.
Expected behaviour
Both Easylist and the Exceptions list should be fetched.
