Description
Background
We are currently using a timestamp URL from StartSSL, which is no longer working: http://www.startssl.com/timestamp. Since we have moved to Comodo for our code signing certificate we should just use Comodo's timestamp URL now.
What to change
Use http://timestamp.comodoca.com for timestamp URL
