AA is not enabled by default in AdblockWebView

On a new installation of ABP for Lightning Browser 95, Acceptable Ads are not active by default.

Environment

AdblockWedbView Lightning Browser 95
Galaxy S7
Android 6.0.1

How to reproduce

1. Install Lightning Browser 95
2. Navigate to Settings -> Adblock Plus Settings

Observed behaviour

Acceptable Ads are not enabled.

Expected behaviour

Acceptable Ads should be enabled by default.
