Description

Background

By #468, we updated the AccountManagerPlugin by executing the following command manually on the trac running server:

pip install --upgrade svn+http://trac-hacks.org/svn/accountmanagerplugin/tags/acct_mgr-0.4.4/

Apparently, this also upgraded Trac itself to 1.0.1. As the puppet manifest of the issues1 machine still contains the old version, provisioning the machine would try to install the old Trac version 1.0 now.

What to change

In our issue tracker, prohibit provisioning an older Trac version than currently installed.
