Background
In #4697 we switched from the old RDF-based update manifests to the new JSON-based ones for Gecko (see https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/Updates).
What to change
Adjust update server configuration, the file is called updates.json rather than update.rdf now. Note that these manifests aren't actually being used by anything, with all our Gecko-based extensions necessarily hosted on AMO.
