Description
Background
Basicaly what AlesCz said inside development forum: https://adblockplus.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=49997
Anti-adblock is using server to insert almost unblockable ads and break content on next page load because it sees cookie named adb. Filter update can break adblock detection but it can´t delete cookie, thus users are locked in detected status and server can break anything for us.
What to change
Consider adding support for new filter syntax for cookie blocking. Example:
||zive.cz$cookie=adb
