Description
Background
Many UI and website content changes require content, legal, and product approval. So far, we have been managing this by word of mouth and using comments. I propose that we do the following instead:
What to change
Add the following fields to trac's issue create/edit form.
- Add a legal approval select box
- label Legal approval
- options: [Not required, Required, Approved]
- Add a content approval select box
- label: Content approval
- options: [Not required, Required, Approved]
- Add a product approval select box
- label: Product approval
- options: [Not required, Required, Approved]
Additional details
- Set the default value for all of these fields to Not required
- By adding these fields we would also allow these team members to quickly filter issues by required approval

Looks like nobody cares about this. We already have it in our gitlab process now. Therefore I'm closing this ticket.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
I don't think we (Infra/DevOps) are going to invest the effort here, we rather focus on maturing our new ticket system and integration with additional code maintenance software. Phill might be able to do some shorthand magic in this regard though, if you're lucky.
