<strong>Responsibilities</strong>

- Guide colleagues and candidates through the entire recruitment process
- Together with the appropriate colleagues, create detailed job descriptions as well as case studies for certain roles
- Utilize different recruiting channels for finding the best candidates -  active sourcing, employee referrals, networking etc.
- Meet with candidates in person, over the phone or via video conference and get them excited about working at eyeo
- Set up a talent pipeline, as well as identify new recruiting channels
- Provide a positive candidate experience
- Represent the company with passion professionalism

<strong>What we expect</strong>

- At least 4 years of relevant work experience; you can demonstrate a track record of successfully recruiting developers and other tech-savvy people
- You're ready to take ownership of your open positions
- You have the ability to build strong relationships and engage candidates
- You have a deep understanding of different technologies to support your chats with our Hiring Managers
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written) in English (German skills are a plus) to support your international recruiting efforts
- Working in a small business/start-up environment with an international team makes your eyes light up!

@Joanna please confirm that you still want the description to apply to all jobs, because current description, feels to be position specific, Note that we can have position specific descriptions as well, but in that case we will need description for all exisitng jobs as well, so can you please align with @lisa in case you need a general one, or ask lisa to review the specific one for each exiting jobs.

@Lisa: We have a bayesian spam filter in place, which tries to identify spammy posts. Since the post you tried to hand in here does in language and structure not differ from what an advertiser (aka spammmer) outside eyeo would use, it cought it. Unfortuntately, there is no method built in for disabling the filter for users of certain groups.

This is problematic in instances like this one when we need to use this type of language in our texts (mostly job ads and marketing materials). How can we avoid this in future ticket writing without having to change the text (and our "voice")?

For the time being, I'd suggest we just continue to try posting as before and any Trac admin can free any blocked posts for resubmission. If it turns out to be too many cases, we can rethink disabling this spam detection method.
