Description

Currently in README.md we have links like
https://adblockplus.org/docs/libadblockplus/class_adblock_plus_1_1_filter_engine.html#a184211d324bfb6e23c5e09fae2d12f91 but the actual links on server are like https://adblockplus.org/docs/libadblockplus/classAdblockPlus_1_1FilterEngine.html#ac4cb79a608b78c6371be39c4f0d24423.

What to do

Identify the source of the issue, and decide whether we should update all links in README.md or update the configuration on the server side.

Check that all hashtags and links are valid.
