Environment

ABP 2.8.2
EHH 1.3.10.551-beta
Firefox 52 / Windows 7
(Also occurs when using ABP 2.8.2.4242-beta)

How to reproduce

  1. Start EHH element selection.
  2. Select an element (any).
  3. Select [Add filter rule].

Observed behaviour

The filter is added and hides the element as expected but the following error appears in the Firefox console:

TypeError: getSender is not a function messaging.js:157:18

(Although this error appears to come from the ABP extension and not the EHH extension.)

Expected behaviour

Errors not to occur.

This is an error coming from Adblock Plus code.

Mass-closing all bugs in Adblock Plus for Firefox module, the codebase of Adblock Plus 3.0 belongs into Platform and User-Interface modules. Old bugs are unlikely to still apply.
