Environment
FF 29, Mac OS X, AdBlock Plus 2.6
How to reproduce
- Open http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icons/
- Scroll down to the section 'Brand Icons'
Observed behaviour
Several brand icons don't show up e.g. fa-facebook-square, fa-google-plus, fa-instagram
They appear as soon as you deactivate AdBlock Plus.
Expected behaviour
The icons should be visible. Many users use those iconsets to integrate social media into their websites.

All right, thanks for the info. I didn't know about this blocking list - is it activated by default?
Sorry for the trouble. Hopefully other people with the same problems will find this info when they use the issue tracker search.

when you installed ABP, you got a page with the features you want to use, and one of them is the social blocking list (probably you selected also that feature).
to see your lists, click ABP icon, filter preferences ==> see the subscriptions (filter lists)

Ok, thanks. I deactivated it.
-probably you are using fanboy's social blocking list, so, it's a normal behaviour
-using only easylist ==> no issues
