Description
Background
We want to use https://circleci.com to create CD/CI process for ABP for Samsung Internet.
What to change
The exact requirements are not defined yet. Within this ticket a basic .yml script should be created and added to the repository. The script should be able to build the debug and release apks and archive the artifacts.

Circle CI just released version 2.0 so I adjusted the config to work with the new version
