Remove documentation for simplified element hiding filter syntax

Description
Background
We removed support for the simplified syntax for element hiding filters in #5287 so we should also remove any documentation about it from adblockplus.org.

What to change
- Remove "Simplified element hiding syntax" section from adblockplus.org/filters
- Remove or convert any element hiding filter that's using the simplified syntax on adblockplus.org/filter-cheatsheet
- If applicable, remove or convert any such element hiding filters also from any other pages on adblockplus.org
