Uninstall page: Add an additional response

Environment

When a user uninstalls the Adblock Plus desktop extension, the user is brought to the uninstall page which includes a survey to help us collect information about the reason behind uninstallation.

All the responses are around the performance of the extension, but nothing to address the utility/UI of the actual product, that could help the product team measure how the design of the ABP extension contributes to the uninstall rates.

We would like to add the following to the list of responses, that appear in a randomized order:
"I find it difficult to use Adblock Plus"

How to reproduce

(In Chrome)

1. Right click on the ABP desktop icon
2. Click "Remove from Chrome"
3. Click "Remove" in the popup window
4. You are brought to uninstall page (​https://adblockplus.org/en/uninstalled?link=uninstalled&lang=en-GB&addonName=adblockpluschrome&addonVersion=1.13.3&application=chrome&applicationVersion=60.0.3112.78&platform=chromium&platformVersion=60.0.3112.78&notificationDownloadCount=1)

Expected behaviour

Add "I find it difficult to use Adblock Plus" to the list of responses that are randomly ordered.

Notes:

• You filled out the template for a bug instead of a change. That's ok though. It includes all of the information we need
• We can ready this ticket after we ensure that adding an option on the frontend is supported by the backend
