Description (last modified by diegocarloslima)
ABP is disabled in abb_fennec_53_0_2_merge due to a change in Firefox 46 (more info here), which requires the extensions to be signed. With that, Firefox prevents the installation of ABP, since the signature cannot be verified.
We need to change the preference xpinstall.signatures.required back to false.
Hints for testers
Since this issue was disabling the ABP extension, this can be verified working by checking if the Ad blocking settings, which communicates with the ABP extension, is working as expected.
