Background

According to ​V8 blog in the recent time they had made a plenty of interesting optimizations, therefore we should update V8 in libadblockplus.

Choosing the version of V8

According to ​V8 wiki go to ​https://omahaproxy.appspot.com/, the current stable versions for desktop and android of chrome use V8 6.1.534.41 and 6.1.534.39. As one can see in the repository the version 41 has few fixes in comparison with the version 39.
