Support links for some recommended filter lists on Help tab should redirect to respective support/contact pages instead of EasyList forum

Description

Background

Currently (ABP 2.99.0.1883beta) for some browser languages (vi, bg, zh, cs, sk and he) we redirect the user to Report unblocked content and Report incorrectly removed content in the Help tab if the user wants to report unblocked ads or an issue. Both sub-forums are used for EasyList related issues only though.

What to change

Some language filter list have an own sub-forum on forums.lanik.us but not all filter lists that we support. Some use a different forum, contact forms or just their GitHub issues page for reporting filter issues.

For the locales vi, bg, zh, cs, sk and he the following destinations for adblock_plus_report_ad ("Report an ad") and adblock_plus_report_issue ("Report incorrectly blocked items here") should be used when clicking on them on the Help tab instead of sending the user to the EasyList forum:
