How to reproduce

  1. Install latest dev build from ​https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/versions/beta
  2. Navigate to options page General tab
  3. Be sure that DNT is not enbled in Firefox
  4. Allow only nonintrusive ads that are privacy-friendly
  5. Observe

Observed behaviour

DNT notification is not showing up

DNT notification is showing up

Note

We should also show the DNT notification if the value of ​DNT is "unspecified"
