Use "Settings" instead of Options in the ABP popup UI

Background

We describe the new options page as settings, but we still using word Options in the Popup UI in order to navigate to the "Settings"(New options) page.

Change word Options in the Popup UI to Settings

@Tamara: As you can see from the attachments, word "Options" is translated to more languages, but @Jeen would like to use "Settings" instead, my question is -> I think this is a question to you whether we would like to translate the word "Settings" to remaining 24 Languages, before processing with the implementation ?

@Jeen: I think ideally we would like to move Popup from Platform to the Adblock Plus UI first, in order to easily synchronize the translations in the crowdin, because currently popup is part of the Platform. If you say that we will need this ASAP, I probably will need help of the Platform team, to help managing translations.
But Ideally I'd move Popup to the Adblock Plus UI first (we already planned to do so) and then manage it on Adblock Plus UI side. So please let me know how urgent you think is this change so I know how to prceed.

@saroyanm, Could you give a timeline on when the popup (I assume this is the bubble UI) will be moved into the Adblock Plus UI if this is already planned? Ideally, I would like the "Settings" to be updated with the launch of the new Settings page on Chrome (which looks like end of feb).

Frankly, I'd avoid migrating before the release, in order to avoid unexpected issues.
I think in that case, best would be to involve Platform team, in case we will be need for updating translations in crowdin.

I'll wait for Tamara's reply and update the ticket accordingly.

You mean Locales that do not have word "Settings" translated, but we have word "Options" translate for them ?
