Description

Background

In an effort to make to organize the file structure of adblockplusui, it would help to keep names consistent and since directory names are generally written using plural, the only exception for that is the "locale" directory.

What to change

  • Rename "locale" directory to "locales"
  • Update references to directory in
    • README.md
    • metadata.generic
    • polyfill.js

Notes for dependency update

  • Update references to translation files from adblockplusui/locale/ to adblockplusui/locales/
