Description
Environment
The buttons on ABP desktop notifications on Chrome macOS are not appearing. This is impacting any messages - such as the anti-adblock warning filter notification that have call to actions attached to it.
Expected behaviour
The notification should appear with clickable button elements

What versions of Adblock Plus, Chrome and macOS are you using? Which filter subscriptions and custom filters do you have? Please could you add steps for us to reproduce the problem?
