Background

​Content script in adblockpluscore has evolved. More importantly it handles the new ElemHideEmulation filter types.

What to change

Bring over the changes to the content script:

  1. it had been moved
  2. preserve history if possible, e.g. the script at the new location could be modified at the moment of merging emscripten changes onto the master.
