Description

Background

For initial version we chosen Chromium 64.0.3249.2.
Follow our new (old-good) branching mode according to the document:

What to change

Create new branch dev-64.0.3249.2 from abp and merge the changes from Chromium tag 64.0.3249.2. After we do quick round of testing merge the changed back to abp branch.
