Order of the Adblocking option within the settings menu

Background

The "Ad blocking" option is at the bottom of the Settings menu at the moment, and barely discoverable.

What to change

  • The "Ad blocking" option should be below the "Privacy" option and above the "Accessibility" option
  • The copy should say "Ad blocking" instead of "Adblock", just like we had in ABB.

Hints for testers

Go to chromium settings and make sure "Adblock" settings menu item is under privacy item and higher accessibility item.
