Environment

Xubuntu 17.10
Firefox 60.0
ABP: 3.0.4

How to reproduce

1: Go to Facebook
2: Click on the ABP icon to display the pull-down menu
3: There is no option to Block element

Observed behaviour

No way to block elements on Facebook

Expected behaviour

Option used to be available in earlier versions and should be available now.
