Description

Environment

Operating system: Linux 4.13.4 (x86_64)
Browser: Firefox 61.0
Adblock Plus: 3.1
Filter lists: EasyList, EasyList Germany, EasyPrivacy (all fetched from upstream)

How to reproduce/Observed behaviour

A few days ago I noticed that AdblockPlus "lost" all my filter lists and Firefox didn't even know anymore what to do with subscription links. After uninstalling and installing Adblock Plus again all was fine.

But now I created a new Firefox profile, applied my custom settings and downloaded/configured Adblock Plus and after doing a browser restart I noticed the same issue again, that Adblock Plus does not show any installed filter lists in its settings and Firefox does not know what to do with subscription links. But on testing a bit I figured out that disabling and enabling Adblock Plus does fix this issue (also all filter lists appear then automatically again) until I do another restart as Adblock Plus is then in this state again and I have to disable/enable it again as workaround.

I realise it might not be possible, but can you list some concrete steps that result in your filters being lost? Without those it's extremely hard for us to reproduce or fix the problem.

I tried now to reproduce this again with a new profile but the issue did not appear this time. I'm not sure if this might be a race or if something else fixed this issue (like the upgrade to Adblock Plus 3.2).
