How to reproduce

Keep sites saved in a session between Firefox restarts, restart firefox.

Observed behaviour

Ads load on pages loaded by the session restore, ads go away if page is refreshed after initial load.

Expected behaviour

Ads should be hidden from the start like they used to be.
