Description

It's a subtask of #5133

  • the bare minimum is to add gitlab-ci config which runs on a shared runner
  • secondly if the resources of the shared runner are enough to build for android (android NDK is pretty heavy) then add it
  • configure and switch to the private gitlab-runners, related blocking hub ticket #11275 (hub)
  • link gitlab with appveyor in order to build for windows and for linux, #16570 (hub)
  • we need to consider the option of disabling appveyor for libadblockplus on ​github because it will be duplicated by gitlab integration
